Position Overview:
As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end management of online marketplace accounts. This dynamic position requires expertise in relationship management, achieving sales targets, managing catalogue and campaigns and making business MIS.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Account Management
Perform end-to-end marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio,
Flipkart. First cry etc.) account handling activities including but not limited to
cataloguing, managing sales and returns reports, keywords management, account
optimization and PO management.
- Marketplaces Sales Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement strategies, including marketing initiatives, to meet and
exceed sales targets.
- Analyse market trends and compe,tor ac,vi,es to iden,fy opportuni,es for
growth.
- Catalogue Management:
- Ensure accurate and engaging product listings, incorporating digital marketing
best practices.
- Optimize product content, images, and descriptions for enhanced visibility and
customer engagement.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels with consideration of marketing
promotions.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to manage stock replenishment and avoid
stockouts.
- Promotions and Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, integrating marketing strategies to
drive sales and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotions with overall digital
marketing strategies.
- Reports and Analytics:
- Generate and analyze reports to track sales, product, inventory, returns,
customer ratings and operations related key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide actionable insights to improve overall account performance.
- Bulk PO Management:
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and finance teams for smooth order
fulfilment for bulk POs
- Optimize fulfilment processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
partners and buyers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless operations and customer
satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in e-commerce account management, preferably in
Fashion/Apparel vertical
- Strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
Result-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Expertise with e-commerce platforms, Unicommerce and, campaigns management
