Posi3on Overview:
As an E-commerce Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end
management of online marketplace accounts. This dynamic posi,on requires exper,se in
rela,onship management, achieving sales targets, managing catalogue and campaigns and
making business MIS.
Key Responsibili3es:
- E-Commerce Account Management
Lead a team and perform end-to-end marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio,
Flipkart. Firstcry etc) account handling ac,vi,es including but not limited to
cataloguing, managing sales and returns reports, keywords management, account
op,miza,on and PO management.
- Marketplaces Sales Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement strategies, including marke,ng ini,a,ves, to meet and
exceed sales targets.
- Analyse market trends and compe,tor ac,vi,es to iden,fy opportuni,es for
growth.
- Catalogue Management:
- Ensure accurate and engaging product lis,ngs, incorpora,ng digital marke,ng
best prac,ces.
- Op,mize product content, images, and descrip,ons for enhanced visibility and
customer engagement.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain op,mal stock levels with considera,on of marke,ng
promo,ons.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to manage stock replenishment and avoid
stockouts.
- Promo,ons and Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute promo,onal campaigns, integra,ng marke,ng strategies to
drive sales and customer acquisi,on.
- Collaborate with marke,ng teams to align promo,ons with overall digital
marke,ng strategies.
- Reports and Analy,cs:
- Generate and analyze reports to track sales, product, inventory, returns,
customer ra,ngs and opera,ons related key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide ac,onable insights to improve overall account performance.
- Bulk PO Management:
- Coordinate with logis,cs, warehouse and finance teams for smooth order
fulfilment for bulk POs
- Op,mize fulfilment processes for efficiency and cost-effec,veness.
- Rela,onship Management:
- Cul,vate and maintain strong rela,onships with key stakeholders, including
partners and buyers.
- Collaborate cross-func,onally to ensure seamless opera,ons and customer
sa,sfac,on.
Qualifica3ons and Skills:
- Proven experience in e-commerce account management, preferably in
Fashion/Apparel ver,cal
- Strong understanding of online marketplace dynamics.
- Excellent communica,on and interpersonal skills.
- Analy,cal mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Result-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Exper,se with e-commerce pladorms, Unicommerce and, campaigns management
