As an Ecommerce Executive Fresher at BOFOS, you will be an integral part of our ecommerce team, helping to manage and optimize our online store. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone new to the ecommerce industry to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Assist in the daily management of the ecommerce platform, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.- Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Support the customer service team by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues related to online orders.
Help with inventory management, including stock level monitoring and coordinating with the logistics team for timely order fulfillment.- Conduct competitor analysis to identify best practices and potential areas for growth.
Assist in creating and optimizing product content, including descriptions, images, and SEO-friendly keywords.
- Participate in the planning and execution of ecommerce projects, such as website updates and new feature implementations.
