E-Commerce Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Executive at BIG BRAINS TECHNOLABS in Rajkot. The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing analytical tasks, account management, sales, team management on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage E-Commerce Site (end to end) management

Customer Support: Handle queries via WhatsApp, chat, social media, and other channels.

Product Management: Update product info, images, pricing, and descriptions on websites and e-commerce platforms.

Order & Delivery: Process orders accurately and monitor shipping to ensure timely delivery.

Inventory Management: Track stock levels, restock as needed, and manage slow-moving products.

Sales & Data Reporting: Prepare reports, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities.

Marketing Campaigns: Develop and track digital campaigns across social media, email, and search engines.

Market Insights: Monitor competitors and market trends to guide pricing and product strategies.

Collaboration: Work with logistics, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
