Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused E-Commerce Customer Support & Website Coordinator to join our team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of our e-commerce operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and maintaining the functionality of our website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
  • Follow up on abandoned carts to recover sales.
  • Attend to customer queries and provide timely, accurate responses.
  • Guide customers in selecting wear based on their preferences and needs.
  • Handle post-purchase support including order tracking and issue resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
  • Website Management:
  • Regularly update the product catalog on the website.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies for content updates and ensure the website reflects the latest campaigns and promotions.
  • Perform regular check-ups on website functionalities such as payment gateways, order tracking, and notifications.
  • Ensure website uptime and smooth operation, addressing any technical issues promptly.
  • Reporting and Coordination:
  • Prepare sales MIS reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and content updates.
  • Work with the technical team to ensure the website is optimized for performance and user experience.
  • Other Duties:
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback.
  • Assist in planning and executing e-commerce strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.

Qualification:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce customer support or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for report generation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
