Job Summary:
The E-commerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing the entire order processing and dispatching function for our online sales. This includes monitoring incoming orders, coordinating with the stores, ensuring timely dispatch, and managing communication with customers regarding their orders. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
Monitor and manage all incoming online orders through company website.
Verify customer order details, including product availability, payment confirmation, and shipping addresses.
Coordinate with the stores team to ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipment of orders.
Dispatch and Shipment:
Ensure that all orders are dispatched on time and in accordance with delivery schedules.
Liaise with logistics partners (couriers, logistic partners or riders) to arrange timely pickups and deliveries.
Track shipments and handle any issues or delays in deliveries, ensuring smooth order fulfilment.
Customer Communication:
Provide updates to customers regarding their order status, including shipping and delivery information.
Respond to customer queries and complaints related to order processing, shipment, and delivery.
Work with the customer service team to resolve any order-related issues or escalations.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of orders, shipping information, and customer interactions.
Generate reports related to order processing, dispatch timelines, and customer feedback.
Provide analysis on order trends and suggest improvements in the process.
Compliance:
Ensure all orders comply with company policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
Manage documentation for shipped goods, including customs paperwork for international orders.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in e-commerce, order processing, or a similar role.
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
Familiarity with logistics and shipping processes.
Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel for reporting purposes.
Willing to work on weekends and holidays adjusted with comp-off s

Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or operations
