Position Requirement:
- Managing Online Portals of the clients
- Manage online e commerce account of clients
- Responds to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders
- Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available.
- Understanding client problems
- Ensures prompt and proper resolution of client queries by providing additional information or escalating the issue.
Qualification & Demonstrated Skill/ Knowledge-
- Qualification- BBA/BE/MBA/BCA/MCA
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Accountability and responsibility of work assigned
- Expert in MS Office
- Efficient at email and cell communication
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Can handle many projects/assignments at the same time
- Build client relations
