-Develop and execute strategies to grow online sales channels and maximize revenue opportunities.
-Manage key e-commerce accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
-Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on business objectives and support the growth of the e-commerce business.
-Optimize product listings and content on e-commerce platforms to enhance visibility, conversion rates, and overall customer experience.
-Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving repeat business.
-Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
-Proven experience in e-commerce account management, preferably in the industry.
-Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and industry best practices.
-Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to drive business growth.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
-Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
-Proficient in using e-commerce analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and Shopify.
-Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
-Familiarity with online retail operations, including inventory management, fulfillment, and customer support.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
