Job Description

Job Title: Social Media Manager
  • Location: Chandivali, Mumbai

  • Job Summary: As a Social Media Manager at Edot Services, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster community growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and execute social media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies to align with business goals and target audience needs.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Monitor social media channels for trends, discussions, and brand mentions, and respond appropriately.
  • Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media with other marketing efforts and campaigns.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, and performance tracking.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Required Experience and Skills:
1-3 years of experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
Familiarity with social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
