It's a part of Actibound Consumer Pvt. Ltd. based in Andheri East, Mumbai, India. The brand was founded in 2023 and began its commercial operations in Jan'24. Currently the brand is an online-first brand with a digital forward strategy selling across various online platforms including the brand website, Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg, Kriya.Fit, Goqii and is soon going live on HealthKart.com, BigBasket, Nykaa & Myntra.
The brand is also soon about to begin its offline operations through a network of partner physiotherapists, gyms and sports teams association. Given the brand has begun its journey, this opportunity provides the promise of co-building an exciting proposition in the Indian Consumer Goods Industry in a way that is disruptive, creative and valuable to Indians seeking active and fit lifestyles.
We are building the brand through social media marketing across platforms (Meta, Google), using influencers marketing, event participation & marketing as well as initiatives around print, OOH and PR as well as driving education through expert panels and strategic partners like fitness centres, gym-chains and expert led physio/sports-therapy centres.

Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Account Lead to join our team. As an Ecommerce Account Lead, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with online retailers and marketplaces to drive sales and increase brand visibility. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and optimize online sales channels.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in managing ecommerce accounts, analysing data to identify trends and opportunities, and driving sales growth. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as you will be working closely with online retailers and internal stakeholders to build and maintain successful partnerships.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with online retailers and marketplaces
Drive sales growth through effective planning and execution of ecommerce strategies
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute online marketing campaigns and promotions
Optimize product listings and content to maximize visibility and conversion rates
Monitor and report on key ecommerce metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in ecommerce strategies
Lead a team of 1-2 key account managers to fulfil above objectives
Requirements
Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Key Account Management or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in ecommerce account management / performance marketing or a similar role.
Strong understanding and ability to learn online retail landscape and ecommerce best practices
Track record of driving sales and increasing market share
Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools to derive insights
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Desirable (but not mandatory) skills & experiences
Exposure to sports/ personal care/ consumer goods industry
Amazon & Flipkart eco-system and operations understanding
