Explore business opportunities and faster resolution time with appropriate close looping.
Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams/stake holders.

Shifts will be rotational, additional night allowance provided during night shifts.

Candidate should be excellent is English communication and should be flexible with job shifts.
