- Terraform & Scaler (Scaler is replacing TFE)
- Customer Enablement
- APM Enablement
- Performance Analysis for Customers
- Troubleshooting / Escalation
- Mentoring Others
- Troubleshooting Performance Issues for Customers
- Troubleshooting Outages with Dynatrace Infrastructure
- Write Runbooks
