Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

Job Summary:

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer, you will be responsible for the development, customization, and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. This role involves configuring, customizing, and extending the CRM application using various tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Customize Solutions:
• Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Customize and configure CRM entities, workflows, forms, and views.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript code to enhance CRM functionality.
• Integration and Data Management:
• Integrate CRM with other systems and applications using APIs and middleware.
• Manage data migration and data integration processes.
• Ensure data integrity and perform data cleanup as necessary.
• Technical Support and Maintenance:
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the CRM system.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to the CRM environment.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Collaboration and Documentation:
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Document technical designs, development processes, and configurations.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
• Quality Assurance:
• Conduct unit testing and support system testing phases.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016, Dynamics 365, and related technologies.
• Experience with CRM customizations, including plugins, workflows, and JavaScript.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, and FetchXML.
• Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, and Web Services).
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications:
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or similar certifications.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate.
• Additional Experience:
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
