Exp- 8-13 Years

8+ years of experience in MS CRM Dynamics 365, specializing in customization and development.

A degree in Computer Science or a related field.

5+ years of project experience in Dynamics CRM Development (D365 On-Premise/SaaS version).

Proficiency in supporting and maintaining business applications.

Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Customer Service, and Power Automate.

Familiarity with the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including Data verse and PowerApps.

Proficiency in Azure, DevOps, and Visual Studio tools.

Skills in Dynamics CRM development aspects like plugins, workflows, HTML, JavaScript, CRM APIs, C Sharp, SQL, and web services.

Strong knowledge of cloud solutions and analytical thinking.
