Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with expertise in the Sales module to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customization, plugins, and JavaScript to deliver tailored solutions in Dynamics CRM. The role involves creating, customizing, and optimizing CRM solutions to meet client requirements while integrating business workflows, automating processes, and ensuring smooth CRM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions with a focus on the Sales module.
• Implement and customize plugins, JavaScript, and forms to enhance CRM functionality.
• Perform form and field customization, ribbon customization, and Model Driven App customization.
• Configure Out-of-the-Box (OOB) CRM workflows, custom flows, business process flows, and Power Automate Flows.
• Create and customize Canvas Apps and Custom Pages.
• Work with Model Driven Apps and CRM workflows to support complex business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of custom solutions.

Desired Skills / Secondary Skills:

• Proficiency in .Net technologies to support integrations and custom developments within the CRM environment.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Strong knowledge of the Sales module, including customization and configuration.
• Expertise in plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate Flows, and OOB CRM Workflows.
• Experience with Canvas Apps and Model Driven App customization.
• Ability to develop and maintain custom flows and business process flows.

Client Interview:

• 2 rounds (including face-to-face interviews, if applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 305,124.18 - 1,738,223.82 per year
