Qualification: MBA in Human Resource or Equivalent- Roles and Job Description
- Handling complete HR Department and related activities independently and actively.
- Talent Acquisition, consistently recruiting excellent staff, induction, joining process.
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
- Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Training, counseling, and coaching our staff.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Payroll management, Leave & Attendance management, carrying out administrative duties.
- Conducting performance and reviews.
- Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness,
- Creating clear and concise reports, Attrition control.
- Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: MBA in Human Resource or Equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in similar role in IT company
- Team oriented person should possess excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills and an expert in understanding the internal customer requirement.
- Candidate should have an excellent track record of achieving deadlines on time.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
- Experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
- Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
- Ability to give presentations.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay: 35,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month
