Role: Dy Head Secondary Sales
Grade: M4
Experience: 12+ Years
Education: BE/B.Tech/ MBA
*Roles & Responsibilities:*
- Taking up the secondary product department as the Profit center and managing the P&L of Secondary products.
- Developing and implementing effective secondary sales strategies to achieve sales targets for secondary products.
- Maintaining the highest level of governance structure and ensuring adherence to all internal SOPs.
- Leading, motivating, and managing the secondary sales team to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders.
- Ensuring Safety Compliance - TAT of HMV/SI compliance as per given guidelines; ensuring timely closure of Legal/Audit Compliance.
- Engaging in market research and value addition in secondary products to maximize realizations.
*Skills and Competencies:*
- Experience in scrap sales of metals or similar, focusing on metal waste to wealth.
- Strong understanding of secondary sales strategies and their implementation.
- Excellent leadership, motivational, and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends effectively.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with retail partners and stakeholders.
