Lead the technical discovery process for digital projects, scoping needs, gathering requirements, and producing functional specifications (story boards, user stories), support translation into technical requirements for the solution build.
Utilizing established methodologies to understand interrelated systems and processes.
Collaborating with Platform teams & Business teams in exploring options that enhance utilization of MarTech platform suite.
Support continuous process improvement: mapping current and future state, root cause analysis for process gaps and improvement to identify and resolve business and technology related issues.
Contributing to business user training programs by aiding in their design and execution.
Ensuring adherence to legal standards, design guidelines, and operational policies.
