Marketing collaterals in responsibility area in place.
100% assistance to the downline staff, should be a solution provider to them.
First & Immediate contact for any customer concern.
Proper FIFO is maintained.
Train the downline staff for up selling, suggestive selling and SOS.
Responsible for the overall smooth functioning of the day to day operations at the site.
