Description
We are looking for a Duty Officer to join our team. The Duty Officer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of operations and for responding to emergencies in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor all operations and respond to any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth running of operations
- Respond to emergencies and take appropriate action to mitigate risks
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents and actions taken
- Provide support to other team members as required
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures
- Experience in customer service is an added advantage
