Manage shift activities including the coordination and monitoring of all operations functions to ensure work is performed in a consistent manner with airport policies, procedures, and regulations, and in accordance with airport standards and to ensure the safety and security of passengers, aircrafts, baggage.
Ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of the airport by monitoring of the aircraft operating area, terminal facilities in compliance with applicable DGCA and other regulations/directives and airport rules and regulations and directs necessary responses and corrective actions for all deficiencies noted.
Coordinating the airport's response to critical incidents, irregular operations (IRROPS), and emergencies and provides resolutions to problems/issues.
Once planning is complete then disseminate / or ensure dissemination of a soft copy of the Resources Allocated to Airlines, Ground Handlers, Movement Area Control, Terminal Operations, Baggage Handling Operations and any other concerned Stakeholders, by 1900 IST every day. Downtime Resources, if required. Advise the Resource Planner and FDC of any changes or updates. Verify completeness of Data at the end of each shift for completed flight movements. Shift Handover Briefing in line with the briefing of the Head AOCC. Provide Reports on utilization of all Resources to Head AOCC. Adhere to AOCC ITC Platform requirements as applicable.
Be responsible for overseeing and collating the timely delivery of AOCC reports, including, but not limited to, reports on Resource Allocations, events, performance and compliance. Compile an end of shift report.
Receive a comprehensive end of shift handover from the previous rostered Duty Manager providing details of the preceding shift including the current status of the AOCC and Pax, Bags, Aircraft process. Review the events from the previous shift, and plan accordingly.
Provide input to the daily meeting at the end of the day shift. Provide a comprehensive end of shift handover to the next rostered Duty Manager providing details of the preceding shift. Complete the end of shift report, providing full details of the preceding shift, including details of any major events and any other defined operations.
Report to the Head AOCC on the performance of the Airport Resources usage including individual functions/organisations. Be responsible for overseeing and collating the timely delivery of AOCC reports, including, but not limited to, reports on Resource Allocations, events, performance and compliance.
Investigating complaints, issues, concerns, and inquiries related with airport operations and providing recommendations for resolution pertaining to AOCC processes
Any other task assigned by the Management based on organizational requirements
Qualifications
Post Graduate with MBA, preferably in Aviation Services
+10 years of experience in airport operation or in airline industry specially in planning of fleet size of 20+ aircraft,
Should have handled manpower of 10 in number work in shift pattern
