Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Duty Manager located in Sipcot, Chennai. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of the hotel, handling guest inquiries and complaints, supervising staff, and maintaining high standards of service. Additionally, the Duty Manager will be required to handle emergencies and make quick decisions.

• Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
