Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Ownership of customer's issues and follow problems through to resolution
- A clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
- Service procedures, policies and standards
- Accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
- Statistics and compile accurate reports
- Related: Spell-check, Hyphenation and quality control
- Services: Planning of author service, tracking of titles, Weekly update to PCs
- Quality check for translation.
- Style and edit manuscripts as per the editorial specifications.
- Management Executives - Management of multiple book/journal projects throughout the life cycle and translate Dutch instructions to English.
- 100% productivity and quality.
- Quality of work completed on a regular basis, to ensure that it meets the project standards.
- Timelines and delivery within service level agreements.
- Knowledge of email communication to explain complex issues and their possible solutions to clients via email.
- To independently plan, organize, implement, monitor, and communicate with internal and external teams and logical reasoning.
Eligibility:
- Good Communication skills in English and Dutch
- Graduates certified with Dutch language B2-C2 levels from a recognized institution, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of MS office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
