Job Description: Duck Creek Billing Tester with Automation Selenium Experience

Shift Timing: 12:00 PM 8:30 PM (Cab facility available only for Greater Noida location)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Duck Creek billing systems.
- Utilize Selenium for automation testing to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, ensuring resolution prior to product release.
- Perform regression testing to validate software performance after code changes.
- Maintain test automation frameworks and scripts, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
- Provide clear and concise test reports and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3 14 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on Duck Creek billing systems.
- Proven experience with automation testing using Selenium.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Experience with other testing tools and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of insurance domain, particularly billing processes and workflows.
- Proficient in writing SQL queries for data validation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
