Qualifications
Job Description:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in configuration and customization for any Duck Creek Billing development.
- Experience on Author, Rules, Business Rules, Payment Gateway Implementation, Commission, Payment plan and schedule, Invoice Generation, Reminder and PCN
- Understand and implement procedures of Code review, Estimating, Peer review, Impact Analysis, Root cause analysis, etc.
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand and document customer needs from a business solutions perspective.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with web services (SOAP/REST).
- Strong knowledge of Duck Creek Policy and Claims is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Duck Creek Billing system.
- Responsibility of configuration and customization for any Duck Creek Billing Implementation.
- Should interact with customers & document customer needs from a business solutions perspective.
- Responsible for both coding and requirement analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the responsibility to extend technical expertise and support the developers of the team.
