Requirements:

Proven experience as a DTP operator, graphic designer, in educational publishing.

Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and motivate team members to achieve project goals.

Experience in project management, including coordinating workflows, managing deadlines, and allocating resources.

Proficiency in desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.

Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and print production processes.
