ؠHelp the O&M team in monitoring the performance of the Technicians Supervisors, Estate Officers and SME's

ؠEnsure Infra uptime as per guidelines

ؠEnsure the timely MIS reports to all concerns

ؠEnsure site wise mapping of the Technicians

ؠWorking towards providing best in class uptime to the customer

ؠEnsure overall performance of the Infra Network

ؠAuditing of the Alaram termination for sample sites with the help of technician on ground

ؠEnsuring the database availability of complete technician

ؠGovernance for OME/ SME's

ؠInteract with customers and ensure effective resolution of any issue faced by customers

ؠAlaram correction and compliance improvement

ؠPreventive maintenance validation

ؠClosure of TT's from OME's and SME's

ؠUnderstand the problem of network outages, analyse the root cause and identity ways in which these can be reduced

ؠManage data and network assurance parameters and provide inputs to the maintenance team in order to enable them to take correct action

ؠEnsure frequent communication with client and the site in order to ensure network connectivity

ؠIdentifying high diesel consumption sites and their remedial action

ؠRectification/ Reduction in EB average bills

ؠIdentifying training needs of field staff, technicians/supervisors training on regular basis

ؠDiesel filling vehicles monitoring and audit shall be carried out by DTM

ؠConduct reward and recognition program

ؠMeeting and get together on periodic basis
