Core Excellence Areas (CEA)
Very strong understanding of fundamentals and hands-on expertise in
at least 2 (two) of the following Core Excellence Areas are mandatory. Please

- CEA-1: NLP + Generative AI
- CEA-2: Computer Vision
- CEA-3: Time Series Forecasting
- CEA-4: Recommendation Systems + Optimizations
Other Mandatory Tech Skills
- Strong Python skills with OOPS.
- Exposure to any version control systems (GitHub / GitLab / Azure DevOps / AWS CodeCommit etc.).
- Exposure to any task management tools (Jira / Azure DevOps etc.).
- Ability to design end-to-end data science solutions that can be deployed.
- Very strong statistical & ML intuition required to solve new problems.
Mandatory Soft Skills
- Appetite and attitude to learn new skills and aptitude to innovate.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with team / client.
Nice To Have
- Hands-on experience with PySpark and SQL.
- Deep learning with PyTorch / Tensorflow / Keras.
- Exposure to any cloud stack.
- Exposure to MLOps.
- Project management.
Experience & Education
- Overall 5+ years of experience in solving complex ML problems, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in each of your Core Excellence Areas.
- Minimum 1 year of experience of leading and managing ML projects from beginning to end.
- Minimum B.E. or equivalent in CS or related field. PG in AI/ML/DS is nice-to-have.
