Safely operate and navigate assigned vehicles, adhering to all local, state, and federal traffic regulations.- Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and other required documentation.
- Maintain effective communication with the Owner, providing updates on travel status, traffic conditions, or any issues that may arise during transportation.
Ensure the vehicle is clean and properly stocked with necessary supplies.- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring safe driving practices and compliance with local, state, and federal transportation rules.
Be prepared to handle emergencies, such as vehicle breakdowns or unexpected situations, and follow appropriate protocols to ensure the safety of all occupants.
- Keep the vehicle clean and tidy, both inside and out, ensuring it is presentable for clients and safe for operation.
Follow scheduled pick-up and delivery times, ensuring punctuality and reliability in all transportation tasks.- Display excellent driving etiquette, including courteous behavior towards other road users and adherence to best practices in defensive driving.
Ensure the vehicle is securely parked and locked when not in use, and maintain the safety and security of the vehicle and its contents.
