Van Sales Representative - Bakery & Snack Products (Kuwait)

We're looking for a motivated and energetic Van Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for selling and delivering our line of bakery and snack products directly to our customers which includes Bakalas, Supermarkets etc. within the designated area in Kuwait. You'll play a key role in building strong relationships with existing customers and growing our sales network by identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Drive a company van and safely deliver fresh bakery and snack products to customers on a designated route.

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers.

Present and promote our product line, highlighting features and benefits to generate sales.

Take customer orders, process payments, and ensure accurate record keeping.

Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to expand our customer base.

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked van.

Report on sales activities, inventory levels, and customer feedback.

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, marketing) to ensure exceptional customer service.

Meet the target set by the Sales Manager

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the food and beverage industry.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Arabic.

Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Physically able to lift, carry and deliver products to customer showrooms or warehouses.

Salary: Kuwaiti Dinars 140/- + Commission
