Responsibilities:

• Experienced in Building information modelling (BIM) and coordination for MEP services with other trades such as Architecture, Electrical & Structure.
• Experience in Revit modelling, Annotations, Sheet preparation
• Able to do the Clash resolution using Navisworks
• Able to prepare detailed floor plan layout for HVAC, Plumbing and firefighting services
• Able to prepare detailed layout for HVAC pump rooms, AHU rooms, Plumbing and firefighting pumps rooms
• Able to prepare the schematic riser for HVAC, Plumbing and firefighting service
• Able to prepare shop drawing
• Able to prepare as built drawings as per the site installation instructions.
• Able to work on the CAD to prepare the Schematic riser
• Able to prepare the takeoff sheet for BOQ for HVAC, Plumbing and firefighting service from the Revit and AutoCAD.
• Able to communicate with project team and design Engineer.

Requirements:

• Requires qualification as Diploma in Mechanical or ITI course from the certified institute.
• Minimum experience of 3 years required in above mentioned.
