Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Draftsperson. As a Draftsperson at Tangent Parking Systems, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with engineers and architects to develop accurate and detailed drawings, preparing drawings for construction and fabrication, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Knowledge of drafting standards and practices, including dimensioning, scaling, and tolerance
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and translate them into technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in creating drawings
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers, architects, and other team members
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
• Associate degree or higher in drafting, engineering, or a related field
