As a Downstream Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the downstream processing operations within our organization. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians to ensure efficient and effective down streaming process of high-quality products in GMP environment.
Qualifications And Skills
- Requires a Bachelor or Master(s) degree in chemical, biological or Biotechnology with minimum 7-12 years of related experience in downstream process.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, such as GMP and GLP.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
