We are seeking a dynamic and experienced .NET + React Lead Developer with 8+ years of experience to join our growing team. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for driving the development of cutting-edge web applications using the latest technologies, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of ASP.NET Web Applications and .NET Core Web Applications, ensuring best practices and robust architecture.

Drive end-to-end development and deployment of MVC applications with a focus on quality, performance, and scalability.

Develop real-time, responsive web applications using SignalR to ensure seamless user experiences.

Utilize React and Angular to build responsive, component-based front-end architectures that are user-centric and optimized for speed.

Design and manage databases using MS SQL Server, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and create project roadmaps.

Mentor and guide a team of developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously improving the development process and architecture.

Required Skills: Proven experience in ASP.NET Web Applications, MVC, and .NET Core.

Expertise in SignalR for real-time communication in web applications.

Proficiency in MS SQL Server for database design, optimization, and management.

Strong hands-on experience with React and Angular for front-end development.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management, mentoring, and decision-making.
