Dotnet Developer with Azure cloud

Job Title: Lead Engineer - Dot NET and Azure

Years of Experience: 5+ Yrs

Location: Chennai and Coimbatore (Hybrid 3 days from office)

Mandatory Skills:

-Hands on Experience in Dot NET

-Hands-on experience in any of the following JavaScript frameworks: Angular, React, Vue.js and NodeJS

Experience with back-end development and microservices implementation and containerization using Docker.

Expertise in relational databases such as Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, etc.

Expertise in NoSQL DB such as MongoDB, Amazon DynamoDB, Cassandra, etc.

At least 3 Yrs. Experience with Microsoft Azure.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, N tier Architecture (MVC), an ORM (Object Relational Mapping).

Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices.

Experience in leading the Agile-based delivery team.

Certification in Azure is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Lead & manage a delivery pipeline of software engineering solutions across the portfolio.

Collaborate with various teams including business, sales, and marketing to define requirements, interfaces, implementation approaches and scalable and reusable solutions.

Drive technical excellence and implementation of best engineering practices such as design review, continuous integration, and test-driven development.

Hands-on problem solver and lead from the front in continuously exploring new technology platforms.

Ensure adoption of best-in-class quality assurance techniques to deliver very high-quality software solutions.

Attract and retain diverse and highly skilled engineering talent with optimal utilization to maximize outputs.

Assemble and present technology delivery pitches to senior technical and non-technical audiences.

Support presales and solutions teams on pursuits to bring in new business.

Work in a mutually interdependent structure spanning across business, technology and other functions helping unblock teams and resolve issues.

Work closely with the client engagement partner, to improve client relationships.

Supports and develops software engineers by providing advice, mentoring, coaching, and educational opportunities.

Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations and client communication
