Key Responsibilities:
Application Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Dotnet and Angular.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
- Lead architectural discussions and drive technical decision-making.
Project Management:
- Work closely with project managers to plan and execute development projects.
- Estimate timelines and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Suggest and implement improvements to development processes and tools.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience with the Dotnet framework (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core).
- Strong proficiency in Angular (Angular 2+).
- Experience with web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and Web Services.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server or Oracle.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
