The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing high-quality and reusable code, conducting code reviews, and providing technical leadership to the team. Additionally, they will be responsible for documenting technical approaches, demonstrating proven analytical and logical skills, and contributing to the overall success of the development projects.

Technical Skills/Expertise:
Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts.
Extensive experience with ASP.NET, ADO.NET, and C# programming language.
Experience in developing Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) desktop clients.
Experienced SQL developer proficient in database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.
Experience in developing multithreading and asynchronous programming techniques.
Familiarity and experience with networking protocols is a plus.
Familiarity with web services development and integration.
Proficiency in HTML, XML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Strong understanding of Model-View-Controller (MVC) and Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) architectures.
Experience with LINQ for querying data.
Knowledge of testing methodologies, deployment strategies, and version control systems.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
