Job Title - Senior/Lead Engineer Development(C#, .Net)

The successful candidate will join our Product Development Team, focusing on the domain of Enterprise Asset Management, particularly within our Point of Delivery product. In this highly collaborative and supportive environment, you will work closely with Product Owners, Product Architects, and Quality Assurance (QA) specialists to ensure that the delivered solutions meet client requirements.

Our team operates within an Agile software development framework, with workload management driven by DevOps boards. This role requires a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration, as you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our products, ensuring they align with both client needs and industry standards.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of developing software solutions using C# for deployment in web applications. Your expertise in this area will be critical in building robust, scalable, and efficient solutions that meet the complex demands of our clients.

• Collaborate with Team: As a team player, work closely with team members (Developers, QA, and PO) to understand and gather business requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall project goals.
• Technical Specification Planning: Plan and document technical specifications for features or system designs, ensuring clarity and precision in translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Application Design and Configuration: Design, build, and configure applications to meet specific business processes and application requirements, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Development and Coding Standards: Maintain a high standard in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications, ensuring all outputs meet the required quality standards.
• Code Quality and Efficiency: Write testable, scalable, and efficient code, contributing to the overall reliability and performance of the software.
• Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor junior team members (interns and Associate engineers), providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to established software quality standards and best practices.
• Software Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain software solutions for web applications, ensuring they are robust, user-friendly, and aligned with client requirements.
