Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Domestic Process)
Location: Noida, India (Onsite)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team for the domestic hiring process in Noida. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for technical positions across various domains. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the technology landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple recruitment processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and job specifications.
- Source potential candidates through various platforms like job portals, social networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to match the desired technical skills and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to negotiating offers and
onboarding.
- Maintain candidate database and provide regular recruitment reports and updates to
stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in technology and recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of IT/Technical job roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, and ATS (Applicant
Tracking Systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
