Job Description :
- Manage a regional service operation
- Creation of opportunities by positioning right product, based on those needs.
- Manage the after-sales service processes from installation and commissioning of new equipment, to handling warranty period service processes and activities.
- Handle customer objections and complaints.
- Support the regional sales team for pre-sales and to achieve new and repeat business.
- Manage Dealer Network across North.
- Supervise and direct all dealer activities; including direct services sales comprising of annual service contract, parts sale, etc. and conduct periodic dealer reviews for process adherence
