Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and non-technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

- Conduct thorough interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a consistent pool of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and vendors when necessary.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status to the management team.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a domestic recruiter, with a focus on both IT and non-IT positions.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and engaging with candidates through various platforms and channels.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of technical and non-technical job roles and their respective requirements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept at conducting behavioral interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates.
