Overview

The role of a Domestic Recruiter IT/Non IT is crucial in sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent in the IT and non-IT domains. This individual plays a pivotal role in supporting the growth and success of the organization by effectively identifying and engaging with potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and non-technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a consistent pool of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and vendors when necessary.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status to the management team.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events as a brand ambassador.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a domestic recruiter, with a focus on both IT and non-IT positions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and engaging with candidates through various platforms and channels.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong understanding of technical and non-technical job roles and their respective requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept at conducting behavioral interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates.
  • Solid negotiation and influencing abilities to secure the best talent for the organization.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
