Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Domestic Recruiter to manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The ideal candidate should have a passion for recruitment and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conducting interviews and assessing applicants relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Coordinating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and job specifications.
- Providing a positive candidate experience and maintaining a professional relationship with candidates.
- Managing recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Ensuring timely and efficient recruitment processes to meet immediate hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a domestic recruitment setting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
