- Plan and organize tours and travel itineraries for groups or individuals.
- Coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodations, and activities.
- Liaise with travel agencies, tour operators, and service providers to secure bookings and services.
- Provide customers with detailed travel information, including destinations, schedules, and costs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or changes to the travel plans.
- Ensure all travel arrangements comply with regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and distribute travel documents such as tickets, itineraries, and vouchers.
- Monitor tour operations to ensure they run smoothly and address any problems that arise.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve tour services.
- Support marketing efforts by promoting tours and travel packages.
