- Wizz needs someone to oversees the process of implementing changes within an organization, ensuring smooth transitions, mitigating risks, and maximizing the benefits of change initiatives. Goal is to find 1 but expect this could expand to 3. Challenge with this customer - they started project and they are late, they are tight on time and need help to stay on track/budget. This is someone who
o Would have experience with Business Process Change Management.
o Has deep airline domain / operations expertise.
o Needs to be a certified change management expert. Would be high end (possibly former Deloitte, DXE, IBM type experience/consultant)
