Description
We are looking for an experienced Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role and be familiar with the job market context of India.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain documentation for company policies, procedures, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is included in documentation.
- Ensure all documentation is in compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Review and edit existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Develop and implement documentation templates and workflows.
- Train team members on proper documentation procedures and standards.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a documentation role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards such as ISO 9001 and CMMI.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Trello is a plus.
