Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Documentation Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers looking to start their careers in documentation and administrative support. The coordinator will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and updating company documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining company documents and files.
- Update existing documents and create new documentation as needed.
- Ensure all documentation is compliant with internal standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information for documentation updates.
- Perform regular audits of documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in implementing document control procedures.
- Provide support in preparing reports and presentations as required.
- Respond to inquiries regarding documentation from internal stakeholders.
- Participate in training sessions to understand documentation best practices.
Qualifications:
