Docker Developer

Docker Developer:

The product is based on Docker containers that expose REST interfaces defined by our partners. Partners deploy the containers in their application environments. At a high level, their partner application calls the corresponding REST APIs and requests the container to process cases. The Docker container reads in DICOM image objects/files and invokes the client's AI algorithms. The immediate work will be implementing new features, updates, and defect fixes for existing ones. As always with our clients, the expectation is for the candidate to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Required experience:
• C# development experience. Client is looking for candidates with core C# experience. Candidates with just WPF, WCF, or ASP.NET will not fit the position.
• Docker experience
• 3+ years experience
• Preferred:
• Python experience useful for docker testing
• Kubernetes

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Implementation in C# on Linux
• Develop test program in python
• May involve update to dockerfile, including updating 3 party libraries to address vulnerabilities
• Mostly backend development. Minor REST API implementation may be involved, but this is specified by our partner. May require minor updates to existing UI.
• Update design document

Critical Skills to Possess:

• 3+ years of experience as a Docker developer C# development experience **Core C# experience is mandatory. **
• Preferred to have experience in Docker.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills
