Role Overview:

We are seeking a DLP Specialist to design, implement, and manage our Data Loss Prevention (DLP) systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data protection, regulatory compliance, and incident management, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to protect sensitive information and ensure business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day DLP operations, incident response, and policy development.
• Configure and monitor DLP policies to prevent unauthorized data access.
• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data security solutions and provide data protection training.
• Investigate DLP incidents, resolve breaches, and ensure proper reporting and remediation.

Skills & Experience:

• 6-8 years of experience in Data Security, Privacy, and Information Security.
• Expertise in DLP tools (e.g., Symantec DLP, Forcepoint DLP, Microsoft Information Protection).
• Strong knowledge of data protection laws (e.g., IT Act, GDPR, Data Protection Act of India, DADP Act).
• Certifications such as CISSP, CIPP are required; CDPSE, CISM, or CEH are a plus.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects.
