Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Division Sales and Marketing Manager. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales and marketing activities within the Upper Assam division. The day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, analyzing market trends, conducting competitor analysis, developing marketing campaigns, and building relationships with key clients. Some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing skills, including developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and conducting market analysis
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the locks and hardware industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
