Summary:
Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing D&I strategies and employee engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture that enhances organizational success.
Responsibilities:
Diversity & Inclusion:
- Develop and implement D&I strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Integrate D&I initiatives into HR practices and processes.
- Conduct training on cultural competence and inclusive behaviors.
- Monitor D&I metrics and report progress to senior management.
Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute engagement surveys and initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement programs promoting employee well-being and a positive culture.
- Coordinate internal communications to keep employees engaged.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Liaise between employees, management, and external partners on D&I matters.
- Foster collaboration across departments for comprehensive D&I strategies.
- Represent the organization at external D&I events and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in D&I, employee engagement, or related roles.
- Proven success in implementing D&I and engagement programs.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in diversity metrics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning in D&I and employee engagement.
